From component to working graphic
Build more than a static plant image.
The library and Model Builder are designed as one workflow: choose consistent plant equipment, arrange and connect it, configure the states an operator needs to see, then prepare the complete scene for a BMS front end.
Purpose-built plant library
Choose from BMS-focused equipment including fans, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, heat pumps, tanks, ductwork, coils, filters, dampers, thermal wheels and specialist plant. Components are prepared for graphics use rather than presented as unrelated engineering CAD files.
Compatible sizes, connection points and visual treatment help separate items sit naturally together in a complete plant scene.
Animated BMS operating states
Supported equipment includes meaningful states such as running fans, pump indication, adjustable speeds, valve position, tank level and sash position. These are the same kinds of values an engineer may later map to live BMS points.
The result is an operational graphic that can communicate plant condition, not simply a rendered model that always looks the same.
Dedicated Model Builder
Place, rotate, scale and arrange equipment inside a shared 3D workspace, then connect compatible pipes, ductwork and plant items using prepared connection points. The builder provides a practical way to assemble a project-specific plant graphic without modelling every item from scratch.
Colours, layout, equipment selection and operator-facing presentation can be prepared around the actual system being represented.
BMS-ready output and point mapping
Prepare the completed scene as a lightweight web viewer with its 3D model, equipment metadata and point-mapping structure kept together. Supported states can then be connected to the appropriate values in IQVISION, Niagara or another compatible web-based front end.
The export keeps the visual model and its controls in one deliverable, making the finished graphic easier to install, reuse and hand over.
